Deadline for GA federal election registration: OCTOBER 5th

Choose your state from the drop down menu or scroll for a detailed table. But don't wait until the deadline, register now!

Fill out your information to get registered quickly- takes about 2 minutes

US Gov official site- choose your state from the drop down menu. More clicking required and extra information provided.

Am I Registered to Vote?

Fill out your information in the "MVP" login. Status should be Active if you are successfully registered. This page can be used to request absentee ballots, find polling place, etc.

Scroll down to find a list of state's websites to check your status for your state. I suggest clicking the link to your state's official website instead of filling your info out on this website because I don't know how well it works.

Requesting an Absentee Ballot

Georgia is a no-excuse absentee ballot voting state, which means anyone can request an absentee ballot without needing to site a reason for needing one!

IMPORTANT: Once you've received your absentee ballot, mail it in before Tuesday, October 20th to make sure that your vote is counted!

College students: You can go ahead and request a general election ballot to be sent to you at your college before you leave for school!

Fill out your information and your absentee ballot request form will be sent to your email.

Mail your application to the address sent to you in the email. OR Contact your local election office/county registrar to see if you have the option to scan your application as a PDF and email it to your county registrar.

(GA residents can use the MVP link from above to find their county registrar and check their absentee ballot application status)
